Wednesday, November 17

so i guess that means they are sheep then

Today = peer leader training day

Some positive feedback for the day:
-i didn't really know what to expect, but it turned out really fun, the peoples were all really nice and i actually learnt stuff/made me want to improve and be better!
-we ALMOST missed all our classes...except...maths.
-we wore mufti!
-the doughnuts were really sugar-y and UBER yummy!
-i didn't drop the ball too many times in the ball game, PLUS I didn't even get whacked in the face!

Random thoughts:
-the way we "weren't allowed to go near the yr 7s until we were checked" made us sound like we were about to meet a bunch of timid animals or something
-reminiscing about the days where WE were the ones getting lost looking for classes ... like sheep
-and we are outnumbered...like there are two yr 10 shephards/sheep dogs per 10 yr 7 sheep

On a separate note, it's almost holidays, so i made a list. Very exciting. Also copying a certain uber cool and arty friend who shall remain nameless but knows exactly who they are...yes, you.

Here's some of it:
-read Austen's sense and sensibility...its been collecting dust for a bit more than a year now. It's just...so hard to digest...
-Host a clothes swap day!
-Bake festive Christmas cookies and share with friends
-Wear a dress at least once a week
-Go to at least two out of: Glebe, Paddington or Rozelle markets
-use the vintage kodak flash bantam camera!

Happy almost-end of term. Thank goodness for holidays.
